Your order will not be accepted until KOMάR confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as KOMάR may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after the order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you via the email, billing address and/or phone number you provided when ordering.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with the Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

From the moment we deliver the products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
